Also, we do not charge to change address or ownership information, and we encourage pet owners to update their information whenever necessary to ensure that they can easily be reached for the safety of their pet.

The OVMA is custodian of our database and in the unlikely event that anything happens to our company, all data will be retained by the OVMA.

The pet registrations are in the database within 7 days of receipt, and we reconcile our database.
